We have worked incredibly hard to curate this space, and our home means a lot to us. We kindly ask that you respect the home and treat it as if it were your own. Our goal is to provide a consistent, high-quality experience for every guest, which is made possible when the home is maintained with care and kept free of damages. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If evidence of smoking is found indoors, a $500 fee will be charged to your account without exception. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas and properly dispose of all materials. Smoking is not permitted on the pool lounge chairs, and any burn damage will incur additional repair fees. Pets: This is a pet-free home to accommodate guests with allergies or respiratory challenges; therefore, pets are not allowed. If evidence of a pet is found on the premises, a $500 fee will be issued to your account without exception. Pool: No food or drinks are allowed in the water at any time. The pool depth ranges from 4 to 7 feet. Please be advised that you swim at your own risk; the homeowner and host assume no liability for any accidents or injuries. Additionally, the pool is professionally cleaned every Monday morning at 7:00 AM. Our maintenance team will remain in the backyard and will not enter the home; the process typically takes about 20 minutes. Parties and Events: Small gatherings of friends and family are allowed; however, you must notify us in advance if you plan to have visitors. Unauthorized guests are not permitted to stay overnight. Gatherings of 10 or more people require an event fee of $100 and security deposit of $150 which will be provided fully back if no damages are found. If a party is held without our prior knowledge, a $500 event fee will be charged without exception. Please tidy up after your guests to avoid extra cleaning fees and respect the neighborhood's peace at all times. Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Trash and Recycling: Ensure all waste is properly separated into trash and recyclables. Before your departure, please take all trash and unused food outside to the designated large city bins. Failure to sort trash will result in a $75 fee, no exceptions. Security Cameras: For the safety of our guests and the property, security cameras are located on-site. Any interference, covering, or disconnection of the security cameras will result in a $200 fee, no exceptions. Property Care & Fees: To maintain the home for future guests, please avoid eating or drinking on the couch. Please be advised that any difficult stains requiring professional deep-cleaning—including food, wine, or makeup on the furniture, rugs, or bedding—will incur additional cleaning fees

Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire home, including the private swim-up pool and the fully fenced backyard playground. Enjoy the mini-golf green and giant beer pong at your leisure! For your convenience, the home features a private entrance with a secure smart lock, allowing for a seamless self-check-in experience.
